Milkybar® Pumpkin Spice Fudge
It's pumpkin season! We love this autumnal twist on our classic Milkybar® fudge recipe.

Each piece of fudge contains:
of an adult’s Reference Intake (RI)*
Energy per 100g: 1894kJ/431kcal
*Reference Intake of an average adult (8400kJ/2000kcal). Portions should be adjusted for children of different ages.
- 450g Milkybar®
- 397g Carnation Condensed Milk
- 50g Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
Tips to involve little Farmers
Sprinkle some cinnamon over the top for a little more spice!
Line a brownie tray or plate with greaseproof paper and leave to one side.
Break or chop the chocolate into small chunks and place in a non-stick saucepan with the condensed milk.
Melt the ingredients gently over a low-medium heat, stirring occasionally until smooth and silky.
Once melted, add the pumpkin puree and spices and continue to stir until smooth.
Pour into the tin and leave to set for 1 hour in the fridge.
When the fudge is set, remove from the tin and cut into pieces.
