You'll need:

  • 225g Caster Sugar
  • 225g Unsalted Butter
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 130g Carnation® Condensed Milk
  • 350g Self-Raising Flour
  • 2 x 90g Milkybar® Sharing Block

Tips to involve little Farmers

You can use different cookie cutters to create a variety of festive shapes! 


Recipe

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • 2

    Cream the butter, sugar, condensed milk and vanilla in a large bowl until light and fluffy.

    Mix in the flour to make a soft dough.

  • 4

    Roll the dough into a thin sheet using a rolling pin. Use a cookie cutter to cut out circles.

    Place on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes

    Break the Milkybar® Block into small pieces and add to a microwaveable bowl. Melt in the microwave, being careful to stop and stir the chocolate occasionally. Alternatively, you can melt in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.

    Using a piping bag, draw the design on the cookies with the melted Milkybar®. Using a few drops of food colouring to the Milkybar to add the holly and berries.
