You'll need:
- 120g unsalted butter
- 100g caster sugar
- 50g soft brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 180g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 75g Giant Milky Bar Buttons, halved
- 40g red and green sprinkles
- 30g mini marshmallows

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line three baking sheets with non-stick baking paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour and baking powder

In another medium bowl or a stand mixer, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.

Add the egg and beat on medium speed until combined, then add the flour mixture and beat on low speed until just combined.

Fold in the marshmallows, Milky Bar button halves and sprinkles then scoop out 18 cookie balls using a small ice cream scoop or teaspoon

Bake for 8-10 minutes until just turning golden around the edges

Allow to cool on the baking tray for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. These will keep well for up to 5 days stored in an airtight container.
