Tips to involve little Farmers
With older kids, why not get them to read the ingredients list aloud? They’ll feel helpful and you can be sure you’ve got everything you need.
Preheat oven to 170C/338F/Gas mark 3 and lightly grease or line two 20cm square baking trays.
Place butter, dark chocolate and Milkybar® pieces in a heat resistant bowl in the microwave. Melt for 1 or 2 minutes, checking regularly until melted. (You could also do this in a bowl over hot water.)
Mix together the flour and salt.
Then beat the eggs and vanilla essence together and add the sugar.
Add the chocolate mixture to the rest of the ingredients. Fold in the flour and the broken Breakaway® biscuit.
Pour into the baking tray.
Bake in the centre of the oven and cook for 40 minutes.
Once cooked leave to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
