You'll need:

  • 225g caster sugar
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • 225g light buttery spread, melted
  • 150g plain flour, sifted
  • 120g Milkybar® Buttons, chopped
  • 80g Carnation® Caramel

Tips to involve little Farmers

Greasing the tray can be a great way to get kids to help. Small fingers can get into little corners and you don’t have to worry about anything being too hot.

Recipe

  • 1

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas mark 4.

  • 2

Grease and line a 20cm x 10cm rectangular baking tray.

  • 3

Beat together the sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy.

  • 4

Beat in the melted light buttery spread a little at a time, making sure each addition of buttery spread is fully incorporated before adding the next.

  • 5

Add the Carnation® Caramel and mix well.

  • 6

Add the flour and carefully fold it into the mixture.

  • 7

Add the chopped Milkybar® Buttons and carefully fold them into the mixture.

  • 8

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray and level out.

  • 9

Place the tray into the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the blondie comes out clean. Set aside to cool.
